We pride ourselves on providing high quality art prints at Lynka.Ink. We want you to purchase our pieces with confidence, and absolutely love your new artwork.
However, in the rare case of a faulty item, we will happily replace the goods or provide a full refund with no additional postage costs incurred by the customer.
Returns can only be acknowledged provided a claim is made within 14days from date of receipt.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind, or sale products so please choose carefully before purchasing your item.
T H E P R O C E S S
To make a claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your item back. You will need to state your reason and include a clear photograph of the problem if applicable, so that we can assess your claim. You will then be provided with a Returns Authorization Number, which you will need to clearly state on your parcel.
Any returns must be in original condition, and re-packaged securely to ensure a safe return to us. Anything received in less than original condition will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Once your goods have been received by us, you will be notified by email. Your request will processed shortly thereafter, within 10 working days.
